General Booking Acknowledgement
All prices are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. Your booking becomes effective and legally binding once you submit written confirmation (via email or letter) and payment is received.
How to Cancel
To initiate a cancellation, you must provide written notice to Trip Buddy LLC. Cancellation requests must be made via email to reservations@tripbuddy.online and will be processed according to our policy below.
Free Cancellations and full refund for requests made within 24 hours from the time of purchase and travel date is after 3 days.
Cancellations received within the allowed period from booking may be subject to deduction charges, based on the service provider’s (airline, hotel, or agent’s) rules.
Refund timelines and amounts will depend on the policies of the original travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, or tour operators).
No Refund after the Travel date is passed or after using the services provided.
Marketplace Platform Disclaimer
Trip Buddy LLC facilitates bookings for travel services such as flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation, provided by third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). Any changes, cancellations, or requests for refunds must be made in accordance with the policies of the relevant service providers as it is beyond our control.
However we will try our best to provide a satisfactory resolution if requested atleast 7 days prior to travel.
For any medical exceptions we need relevant medical documents. Viral fever, Cough and cold, pre-existing medical conditions are not liable for any medical exceptions.
A letter from the funeral home is required incase of any unfortunate bereavement of an immediate family member.
By booking through Trip Buddy LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellations and Refunds Disclaimer.
For Travel Agents
Our responsibility is to provide registered travel agents with legitimate traveler inquiries in exchange for payment from the agent. If an agent feels queries are not appropriate, they may request a review within 3 business days. If a query does not meet our policy requirements, we will replace it with a new one within those 3 business days. No replacements will be provided if queries do not qualify under our policy.
Refund requests from travel agents will be reviewed and, if approved under our policy, processed within 15-30 business days. The credited refund will depend on your bank’s processing time, which may take an additional 7-15 days.
Limited Liability
Trip Buddy LLC makes no warranties about and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or safety of services offered by travel agents. All terms and conditions regarding service usage, payments, and cancellations are between the traveler and the travel agent. In case of a dispute, both parties agree to release Trip Buddy LLC from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to such transactions.
Policy Updates
Trip Buddy LLC may modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services signals acceptance of changes.
